A full refund is available when requested within seven calendar days of purchase and before the pack reaches owner-QA approval. After QA approval, requests are reviewed for duplicate charges, non-delivery, or a material defect in the promised deliverable.

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins because workspace access and production capacity are provisioned immediately. Duplicate charges, access failures, or material service failures are reviewed individually. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
What happens next
The request is recorded immediately. The owner-auditor verifies the charge, delivery state, and approval record before any Stripe refund is issued. Submitting a request does not itself cancel an active subscription; use the cancellation page for future billing.
